How do I schedule an XTREME FUN Birthday Package?
It is extremely easy and convenient! Just call 248-666-3000 and speak with any of our receptionists to schedule a date time for your private party
What is the required deposit?
There is a $75 non-refundable deposit required to book your party. The deposit is due at booking and the balance is payable on the day of your party. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until a deposit is received.
How many guests can I bring?
The amount of guests depends on what type of party. Please remember you can always have additional children, for an additional charge.
Do you charge for adults?
Caregivers, parents, and adults are FREE.
What time can I arrive before my scheduled private party?
Private parties run over a two hour period, so there may be parties before or after yours. We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your party for check-in and signing waivers.
Is a parent signature required for each child?
For insurance and safety purposes, we ask that all children must be accompanied by an adult, and this adult must sign the waiver for each child. For your convenience you are able to sign a waiver upon entering.
How do Private Birthday Packages work?
Each birthday package has its own details of what is included in them. A general birthday party will have a two hour period; 1 hour and 15 minutes in the Inflatable Room and 45 minutes in our Private Room and Arcade. During this time, food, beverages, and tokens can be purchased as well as cake and presents opened. A Host/Hostess will be available to help with your every need. No clean up is necessary.
Can I use my own decorations?
Because of specialized airbrush paint on our walls and ceilings, we ask that you do not bring in your decorations to hang. For your convenience we also offer Balloons, Cotton Candy, and Goody Bags. No confetti please!
Do I tip?
It is not required to tip, although gratuities are always appreciated by our staff.
When can I order extra pizza's, beverages, and other add-ons?
When booking your party, it is required you book pizzas in advance. Of course we understand that more guests may arrive then expected. If this occurs, please inform us at the beginning of your party should you need more pizza so that your order will come out at the same time. Cotton Candy and Goody bags must be pre-ordered. Beverages can be added on the day of your party.
How much are pizza's?
A Large pizza 10 slice is $12.95. Or 24 slice deep dish for $21.95.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, and beverages?
For health reasons, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Inflatable Planet. We offer a wide variety of food such as pizza, bread sticks, salad, popcorn, and other snack foods. For beverages we offer Coke products as well as HI-C, Fruit Punch, and Orange. Apple juice can also be purchased please see our menu for more details.
Can I bring my own cake?
You may bring your own cake or cupcakes. We provide a serving knife, candles, and lighter as well as cake plates and napkins for your convenience. Please no milk products.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We understand that emergencies and delays can happen. You may cancel or reschedule your party up to 7 days prior. Please remember, a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Are socks required?
For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the inflatable's.

DEPOSIT & CANCELATION POLICY
All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to your event for any reason. 14 days and under you will forfeit your reservation deposit upon cancellation only if you do not reschedule within 30 days.
GUESTS:
You and your guests have full use the inflatable playland for up to 4 hours. All guests entering into our playland area are required to have socks and to read and sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risk involved in entering our playland. Waivers can be found to download on our website.
SAFETY RULES:
Safety Rules are POSTED on ALL inflatables as well as on the signs throughout the facility. ANYONE violating these rules will be asked to leave the facility~ you will also find our safety rules on our web site at www.extremefun.us under FAQ (frequently asked questions page) To ensure the safety of all our patrons we must Strictly Enforce the following rules under parental control at all times these rules and risks are listed on the liability waiver form each of your guests must sign before gaining entry into the inflatable playland:
PARENTAL CONTROL:
ALL children in YOUR party must be monitored by a parent or legal guardian to ensure the safety of ALL guests visiting Extreme Fun’s Play land. Those not following play land rules will be asked to immediately leave the facility. IF a parent or legal guardian is not staying for the party YOU as the party Hostess/Host are fully responsible to ensure that all guests in your party follow all play land rules during the use of our facility the following are some of our rules ALL rules are posted in several locations in the play land.
- All Guests MUST wear socks
- No Running
- No Tumbling or Flipping
- No Rough Play
- No overcrowding of Interactive games
ONLY children up to age 14 are allowed to use our inflatable play land. Adults 18 yrs or older can ONLY accompany a child under 3yrs of age in order to assist the child in using the equipment. The assisting adult or “non-paying” adult MUST be over 18 yrs of age. The adult guests ARE NOT allowed to use the inflatable’s for entertainment purposes unless there are accompanying a child 3yrs old and under.
CHECK IN POLICIES:
You MUST check in at the mall front on arrival (and YOU can ONLY bring food in through the parking lot doors) upon check in one of Extreme Fun’s attendants will walk you back to the mall parking lot entrance (back doors) and allow you to bring in your party supplies and food. Arrival time must be coordinated within your 4 hour time frame allotted for your party.
GUEST CHECK IN:
When your guests check in they must check in by the last name that you booked your reservation under and they MUST check in thru the mall entrance ABSOLUTELY NO ONE will be allowed to go in or out of the back door area. ALL your guests MUST enter & exit thru the mall entrance. THIS IS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES FOR THE CHILDREN.
REFUND POLICY:
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS are given for “NO SHOWS” or unused reserved tables you will be responsible to pay for the amount of kids you confirmed and have up to up to 3 days prior to your event date to call us and adjust your guest list or add on items.
RESERVED SEATING AREA POLICIES:
Reserved Seating area is for 3 hours. (This enables us to have the time to sweep and wipe down tables for the next arriving party) Your guests are welcome to use all other public seating & common areas in the facility throughout the 4 hour duration of your reserved event time. Your seating area is RESERVED for your party only. Reserved tables ONLY may be used. CAUTION-Additional “open tables” used by your party will be added to your event invoice at $10 per table upon check out.
FOOD:
Food can only enter the facility though the back parking lot doors. Food and beverages can only be eaten at their party tables and cannot be taken anywhere else in the facility. *in exception to water bottles.
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Your Deposit will be applied to your total invoice on the day of your event. You MUST check out with the Reception Area 1 hour prior to your event ending time after your reserved table area has been cleaned. One of our attendants will check your party area and make sure it is free from food and debris, wrapping paper etc ....your deposit will be applied to your event invoice unless other fees as stated below are necessary.
FEE’S:
Extreme Fun reserves the right to deduct the following fee’s from your security deposit IF any of the following situations apply:
CLEANING
A $20 CLEANING FEE will be taken from your deposit IF your reserved table ‘(s) & floor area is not FREE from all food products and debris, gift wrapping etc... (a garbage bag will be provided to you for clean up) This must be done BEFORE you check out. PLEASE come up to the reception area for the garbage bags 15 minutes prior to your (1 hour advance) checkout out time. There are no bubbles, gum silly string, popcorn or any other sticky items allowed.
LATE TABLE FEE:
You will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes of overtime on each reserved party table not cleared by your rental period ending time as shown on the top of this invoice. Your table rental is the first 3 hours of your party time and is accessed upon check out and applied to your invoice. **Tables may be booked for other clients and we strictly adhere to these policies**
CHECK OUT:
You MUST check out and pay your invoice with the Reception Area 1 hour prior to your event ending time: A receptionist will accommodate you to your reserved table area to check you out. All tables must be clean and guests clear. * see above for our policies. IF necessary other fees will be accessed at this time and payment in full is due. We accept cash, visa or MasterCard. We DO NOT accept any form of check for payment.
You will be charged for any guest entering the facility between the age of 1yr and 14yrs of age. There is no charge for adult guests or children 14yrs of age or older as they are not allowed to use the playland. IF a guest comes in with a sibling the sibling will be counted as a party guest and YOU WILL BE CHARGED accordingly. It is up to you to make prior arrangements for siblings of guests to pay for themselves separately otherwise you will be charged for all the guests checking in under your event party name.
